Institute of the Slavic World
Institute of the Slavic World (Tokyo) was established in July 2022 as the division of Erico Communications Inc. dealing with Ukrainian and other Slavic languages and Eastern European countries, and has built up a strong and extensive personal network with Ukraine and other Eastern European countries. It has a track record of providing excellent communication services such as translation and interpretation to Japanese companies, government agencies, research institutes, media companies and individuals interested in Ukraine and other Eastern European countries, as well as providing coordination services in the fields of trade, arts and culture. It highlights their uniqueness.
Firstly, the Institute of the Slavic World (Tokyo) conducts fieldwork and academic analysis and research in collaboration with local researchers and journalists in these countries and reports to clients in Japan (e.g. government and academic institutions).
In addition, in cooperation with embassies in Japan, the Institute of the Slavic World plans and coordinates international projects (art, literature, sports, etc.) to convey the uniqueness of each language and culture, such as Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian, etc., to Japan, and at the same time to convey the uniqueness of Japan to these countries, thereby contributing to building a bridge between clients and between people for mutual understanding and sharing of values necessary for peace.

In August 2025, at the request of Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation (Osaka), Masato Kawazu (Masato Lyagushkin-Davyzhava, interpreter, Chief Researcher) made a contribution by providing Ukrainian translation for an exclusive interview with Olena Zelenska, the First Lady of Ukraine, who visited Japan, to participate in the Ukraine National Day at the Osaka Expo - 2025.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan, and the Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Kobe for allowing us to take a part in the production of this program and for their cooperation with the interviews.

エスコート：エスコートは高度の通訳能力を必要としない業務をいい下記が対象になります。
官公庁・企業等アポイント先訪問、工場見学、観劇等の滞日日程管理と同行接遇

国際会議等の際の移動案内、接遇
通訳：インタビュー、会談など正確・迅速な通訳能力を必要とする業務は通訳業務の料金を適用します。
上記通訳・エスコート業務は、主に官公庁などの外国人招聘プログラムに付随する業務を念頭に置いたものであり、この場合の標準報酬額を示しています。
上記報酬には、通訳・エスコートのその日最初の職務先までの往復交通費を含みますが、業務上の宿泊、食事、交通その他経費を要する場合はお客様のご負担になります。 宿泊を伴う地方随行は、勤務時間に拘らず一律超過料金１時間分を加算します。（原則）

着手に当っては、お見積りをさせて頂きます。業務の内容、通訳者の能力、稀少性等によって、報酬額は変動することがあります。
半日とは拘束時間が４時間以内の業務。これを２時間以上超えた場合は一日料金を適用します。一日は8時間です。超過は、30分単位で、所定の超過料金を加算致します。

確定御発注後の取消しについては、所定のキャンセル料（２５％～１００％）を申し受けます。
特に、稀少言語や、通訳者指名によるご発注の場合、御発注時にギャランティ（取消し保証）をお願いする場合があります。

Terms & Conditions
1日は6時間以上8時間、半日は4時間以内です。超過時間は、30分単位で課金します。 （注：6時間は半日＋超過2時間ではありません）
時間帯による料金の変更（早朝、深夜）はありません。ただし、公共交通機関での通勤が不可能な場合、交通費（タクシー代）を加算致します。
料金は、弊社がお客様、またはホテルから申し受ける額です。
ご観光中の交通費、入場料等一切の経費はお客様のご負担となり、立て替えは承りません。食事を同席する場合もお客様のご負担となります。
Pグレードは、通訳者として高度な通訳能力を有する者です。商談等、業務通訳が関わる業務の場合は別途一般通訳の報酬表が適用されます。
Cancellation Policy
観光ガイドの契約は、通訳者（ガイド）の派遣を確定発注したときに成立します。この契約をお客様の側の都合で解除する場合には、その解除の意思が弊社に伝わった日時によって、所定の取消料を申し受けます。
取消料は次の通りとします。
① 業務予定の当日及び前日（の通告） 予定通訳報酬の100％
② 業務予定の2日前 予定通訳報酬の50％
確定発注でないご依頼の場合、通訳者（ガイド）を確保できない場合がございます。

単価はテキスト（ワード納品など）での翻訳料であり、作表や指定のフォント使用など、翻訳以外の作業を伴う納品の場合はレイアウト料（1000～5000円/ページ）を別途申し受けます。
大量の文書、繰り返しや表が多い文書といった場合には、作業労力に見合った割引を致します。お見積りをご請求下さい。
